Hillcrest Hearth

Agreement effective January 1, 2025

User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By using Hillcrest Hearth pages or purchasing a course, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational scope

Courses provide general educational information and reflection tools. They are not individualized investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice, and no course guarantees a particular retirement outcome.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Keep account credentials private and notify us if you believe an account has been used without permission.

4. Catalog and purchases

Prices and course descriptions are presented for the applicable offer. The browser cart is a demonstration interface unless a separate checkout expressly confirms enrollment. A cart review alone does not create a purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Content ownership

Hillcrest Hearth and its licensors own the site design, course text, exercises, trademarks, and related materials. Personal access does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the service useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or suitability for every circumstance. Verify important information independently.

8. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Hillcrest Hearth is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of general educational content. We may revise this agreement and will publish the current effective date.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent through our contact page.
